PRODUCT INFORMATION:

L-Methylfolate is the only form of folate that can cross the blood-brain barrier to help facilitate the synthesis of the neurotransmitters associated with mood regulation—serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine. A deficiency in L-Methylfolate has been linked to depression.
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B-6) is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous system and immune system healthy.
Methylcobalamin is used for people suffering from a deficiency of vitamin B12. The aim of this vitamin is to help with the proper functioning of the brain and nerves as well as the production of red blood cells. Methylcobalamin helps treat the deficiency of vitamin B12 by producing a substance known as "myelin".
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) is also used along with calcium to prevent and treat bone diseases such as rickets (softening and weakening of bones in children caused by lack of vitamin D), osteomalacia (softening and weakening of bones in adults caused by lack of vitamin D), and osteoporosis.
